Rental Terms and Conditions

We are delighted to welcome you for a unique sea experience. Below you will find all the information necessary for your rental, designed to ensure safety, comfort, and peace of mind.

Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email. Our staff will then contact you via WhatsApp or email to provide all the necessary information and assist you with any needs.

In case of adverse weather conditions, the booking will be canceled, and the amount paid will be fully refunded. Depending on availability, we will be happy to reschedule the experience for the following day.

Bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before 8:00 AM on the day of the rental.

Before departure, you will be required to review and sign the rental agreement. The rental is permitted only upon presentation of a valid ID.

Boarding is scheduled from 8:00 AM. It is possible to start later, but no later than 12:00 PM, to ensure the best organization of the service.

Before departure, our staff will provide a brief but thorough introduction on safety rules and proper use of the boat, allowing you to enjoy the experience with complete peace of mind.

All boats are equipped with a GPS system to guarantee a high standard of safety during navigation.

To ensure your safety and maximum comfort, rentals are conducted only in favorable weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the trip, at our discretion, if conditions are not suitable for navigation.
